Winks Woods Gift Shop is the store with more! Step into a world of unique items that offers something for everyone. Winks Woods has many products that are handmade locally (we have over 400 consignors). This one-of-a-kind shop in Crystal Falls, Michigan, has 1000's of items ranging from chainsaw bears, home decor, yard art, food items, and handmade jewelry! Due to the amount of items we have, we can not list all of them on our website. So what we have done is list a few products that we can easily ship.

Winks Woods Holiday Open House
Our Story
Winks Woods Gift Shop was established in 1984 by Walt and Susie Winkowski in Crystal Falls, Michigan in the lovely upper peninsula. Sadly, Walt passed away in April 2025.

In the beginning, Walt and Susie made wood products and sold them at craft shows. As the popularity of their products grew, they then decided to open a store.
​
Susie now lives in Iowa. Even though she is no longer physically present at Winks Woods, she is still very involved in running the store and has a wonderful staff who manage the daily operations.
